Hey, it’s Friday!

Recapping on a few life lessons from the week…

1. Sleep is VALUABLE!

My fitbit sleep tracker told me that although I was in bed for over 6 hours, I only restfully slept like 3 and a half hours.  A track record I should not continue

2. ALL THINGS, even good things should be taken in moderation

3. It’s worth laying down your to do list to show someone how much you love them

4. Exercise really does make you feel better!  Skipping exercise really does make you feel sort of down…

5. Time with God is essential.  I’m going to be honest to say that I feel like Dr. Jekyll/Mrs. Hyde without it!
